I was talking to the well known Gatley 'mad dog' last night and he's advised me that the Stoke 'naughty fourty' will be waiting for us at the train station on Saturday morning.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Like I said on another thread, if they give it out then they'll get it right back in my opinion.

I'm not going but that is what I suspect/ predict.

I say, that's jolly decent of them to wait for us so they can show us the sights of Stoke and walk us to the ground, while engaging in some harmless, jolly banter.

Christ it's seems as though most on here would like to see trouble. Like I've said on other threads if you are a genuine fan coming to the Brit this Saturday I doubt you'll see any trouble. For those that do want the aggro, it will be organised and well away from the old bill.

There will be a strong police presence on Saturday like there has been for all home games.

There have been a few minor incidents - Liverpool fans took it up on themselves to jump up and down whilst signing some song in the Powerleague bar, beer was going everywhere and the Stoke fans did not take too kindly to this.

A Villa got punched for no reason whilst walking back over the canal bridge, other genuine Stoke fans took it upon themselves to sort out the dickhead (Stoke fan?) and then handed him to the stewards once they had finished with
