stopped smoking tuesday. really need a fag.

Read/listen to the audio book of Alan Carr's Easy Way To Quit Smoking.

You'll quit after that. It literally is easy. You're encouraged to continue your smoking habit for the duration of the book until the end, and you don't have to listen to hours of how your killing yourself etc, so no need to worry about that.

Once you get to the end you'll want to quit. It's quite remarkable actually, but give it a go! Worked wonders for me,

Good luck, mate!

I'm disappointed in myself for relenting but I'm wise enough to know it isn't easy. I'd had a few to drink last night so my reasoning was shot. Smoked 6 fags last night in a couple of hours, that's bad by even my own standards.

It's the constant, nagging craving that's doing me. Seeing a nurse this week get some patches, anyone found them helpful?

Ffs don't. That's all I can say blue. Hope this helps. Have a piece of citrus fruit or do fifty push ups or a wank.

You must do these things all at the same time, as well as juggling three tennis balls and whistling Blue Moon. Only then will all cravings disappear.

no, she looked like hattie jaques ;)

ps. good luck with the ciggy's.

Patches definitely help but the only problem is they prolong the nicotine addiction, at some point you will have to go cold turkey, be it off the cigs or off the patches.

Failing that get an e-cig and join the vaping club :)

We've already been teased with that one.
