Rain has lashed down here (Yorks) all day. My roof has sprung a big leak over the bedroom. Our usual roofer is stuffed with work but promises to come soon. Please, pretty please, my bollocks are getting wet.

No it’s gully flashings that are gone. The roof is a complex shape and is 100 years old. Maybe a new roof is needed. Gulp.
