Just rejected a quite impressive sales pitch. Free live streamed channels through purchase of small black box, €225 once off payment. At an extra cost of €24 per month I could have got all the sports channels, subscribed through the menu. It was all quite impressive, I decided against it cos of the one off fee, being so close to Christmas, and also partly due to uncertainty if streaming tv would fall within my monthly download allowance. I didn't catch the name of the supplying service, anyone a subscriber to these type of tv service? With young kids what also impressed was that any movie eg. Wreck it Ralph, could be searched and viewed on tap.

Xbmchub type that into Google pal the website to download the program is down tonight thought.if you have sky Google skyboxf5s or type it in eBay.

What's that one called??

LEA's are doing good business atm, all the hosting sites are dropping.
If you profit then rest assured you are in their sites, no if's or but's, your on their radar.

The free streaming services are only getting better, stick with open source style of getting stuff.
If you need archives of material, games, movies whatever then a private ftp is your best bet.
For 15 quid a month you can have access to 100TB of data, new films etc.

Hotfile just got shut down after coughing up 80mil.
The way they get most is tax avoidance, this is a law they know, filesharing is a grey area for them but tax is not.
So these companies making money from filesharing i would assume 98% not to last a year.

I got myself an Apple TV II jailbroken unit of ebay for circa £200.
No monthly payments of any kind.
It arrives fully loaded with XBMC and lots of other things.
So basically free movies and sports and everything else.

Make sure you have a decent internet connection and also make sure
you have an unlimited download package with your broadband provider.

uncertainty if streaming tv would fall within my monthly download allowance
Almost certainly is the answer to that.
If you have a sat dish, i would look at cardshare mate. Though it uses the internet, it uses it in a different way (requests decryption codes) so no audio/video is being streamed. AV would rape your download allowance.

I see by your location you are in the emerald Isle, so if you pm me i will give you the contact details of someone closer to home that could advise you better.
