OK, well now this is getting serious.
The club is onboard so lets try and do the following...
Let's organise potentially a kitty to cover for the streamers etc. It wouldn't have to be much. Then find a way to either give out these to the people in the first row or place them on their seats with a note mentioing it.
If it's not organise correctly and not enough awareness then it won't happen as planned.... I assume once the general population start throwing them then the rest willjoin in and itll look epic.
Once again, if it does end up like the balloon incident then who gives a fuck... We will keep on trying to find new ways to create a unique atmopshere and give it a special feel.
We just need to make sure the groundwork is done before hand and now with the club on board the commuincation will be easier.

I think the bottom tier should do it aswell, but just throw it about amongst ourselves, it would look amazing!!! Any thoughr, if not this then what else can the botton tier do???

There's no reason why the club can't put a streamer or roll of ticker tape on eaCH seat before the match. It would be obvious to any fan what it was for. I'm sure the club are currently working on something special for the derby. ;-) The addition of streamers or ticker tapes(3000 of them) falling from the 3rd tier would be an added bonus and it would look amazing.

I agree with Felix here Nick. We must make sure there is plenty of ticker tape to go round. Whether they are in carrier bags and emptied or thrown by hand, but i believe the carrier bags being emptied over level 3 would look amazing.
