I've been streaming games from my laptop for the last 7 months from different parts of the world and wanted to know if anyone has any tips of feedback in regards to their choice of program/settings?

I've generally been using quick links like Justin TV and they seem to be fine by cut on and off all the time.

I've used TVAnts and a few more programs but last week i started using Sopcast and its by far the best quality of streams i've had and seems to be alot more fluent.

Am i the only one that wasnt using this? Is this the no.1 choice or are they any others in particular that do it better?

sopcast is the best mate, followed by tvants & tvu...for the web based streams i would have to say that veetle then freedocast are the best

A small charge involved but live online footy is normally the best. The streams are usually excellent and can be viewed by their own player rather than peer to peer.
