I'm gonna need to see video evidence of Tyler saying it was him. I'd have bet my life on it being Quinn, the accent and tone of voice sound just like him.

Quinn. There is a massive gap when Tyler has run out of words and he is waiting for Quinn to jump in. Plus Quinny keeps speaking pretty much straight after. Furthermore, it just doesn't sit right for Tyler to say something like that. He's a bit too posh.
