Gluten-free sausages.
I get that there are some people who are gluten intolerant. Some are completely celiac and can have no gluten at all. Great, so let's offer SOME gluten free sauages. But no...
I used to like sausages, and now the ENTIRE industry is only offering gluten-free sausages made with e.g. pea flour. You can barely buy any sausages with gluten in them any more. All the own-label brands - Tesco, Sainsburys, ASDA, Morrisons, Waitose, Lidl, Aldi, M&S - ALL of them are now gluten-free. The few branded sausagea are gluten free. Maybe you can still get decent sausages if you can find a butcher that makes their own. But that's like what 0.1% of the market.
Gluten-free sauages are NOT the same. The texture is all wrong and they taste different. I DO NOT WANT GLUTEN-FREE SAUSAGES! I like gluten. Please for the love of god, will someone in the industry still make gluten based sausages.
