I emailed Stuttgart direct and just got a reply.
There is going to be an away fans section and tickets will be available to buy on the day of the game.

bought 2 tickets off Stuttgart official site.
Had to register with them first and wait for a email to active account.
Couldn't get tickets in away section but there are tickets available all over.
Once i'd paid had to wait about half an hour for a confirmation email.
Used option 'print at home' for tickets.

I need a ticket before the day of the game,I only get into Stuttgart at 4pm!
thinking of doing Friday to Monday via Munich. if I do get there it will be sat lunch so may get chance get you one. not sure its a waste of time when the real euro games start soon.
