The Liverpool sponsors were very unhappy with all the bad publicity from him over the Evra racist row also some interesting clips/comments from Brendan Rodgers "behind the scenes" in the Liverpool TV documentary recently aired.

I hope we are not after him! Please no!
Dont damage our public image with "low life" like Suarez.
Most of our current players are liked and admired by other fans. IMO this would be a big mistake.
