Suella Braverman - sacked as Home Secretary (p394)

As far as I know, it is not illegal for lawyers to point out loopholes in the law for the benefit of their clients.

Just as it is not illegal for accountants and 'tax professionals' to point out loopholes in the tax system to their clients.

It's only illegal, surely, if you advise a client to do something which is illegal. And even then you can just swear blind you were misunderstood. This smacks to me of more diversion tactics.

It’s more scapegoating and targeting in the big blame game.
The insane braverman woman seemingly won‘t rest until everyone except herself has been blamed.
The irony being that she is most to blame.

Maybe after making two dangerous water crossings ( Med and Channel ) is enough to bring on a fear of water. I know an event at a BBQ which caused someone receive severe life changing burns put me off ever attending a BBQ again similarly a near potentially fatal fall induced my phobia of heights.
I understand what you are saying. But this isn’t true is it. It’s a ploy by lawyers to make money. Again, at the expense of the taxpayer.

The problem with placard waving and liberals is they tend to be heard from a position of privilege and security. If you towed the bibby a bit further down to the exclusive, and expensive waterfront, would these people still be so welcoming?

Are you really concerned about tax payers expense? The woman who is in charge of making sure claims are being processed isn’t doing her job hence more expenses to the tax payer.

This isn’t a chicken or the egg argument.
