wheres the best place to go thats touristy and near the coast? also, whats the weather like in July time, isnt it their winter over there?

Not sure about destinations, but I know about 4 people on the west coast, (Perth), and my ex went on her honeymoon to Sydney in June just gone. The west coast lot I speak to say their winter is like our early summer. BBQ weather, but not sun bathing weather, so to us it means we'd be in shorts and t shirt! My ex said it was hot in Sydney in late June, and they sunbathed away. Jammy gets over there. I like a snowfall, looks nice and feels like xmas, but imagine having a climate where it is always warm enough to live outdoors?

Based on what i've seen from my mates who live there, Perth. I couldn't be arsed with the East coast, Sydney etc as I imagine it to be a sunny Manchester. Perth sounds like its roomy and not so touristy. I could be a million miles off mark there though, as im going off people who have settled there. Someone I fucked for a few days 2 years ago lives in Perth, when I announced my engagement the other week she offered us her home for a honeymoon. That'd be weird, wouldn't it?!

if your coming to Australia in July, which is indeed the middle of our winter, you want to get as far North as possible. If you want touristy and tacky go to the Gold Coast. If you want touristy and less tacky go to the sunshine coast. Both in Queensland. A Pom would find the weather fantastic, probably better than your summer!!
