IRA banners? Go on, elaborate. I was in the City end, front of the East Stand level 2 not far from the away support, never saw anything of the sort. Where you at that game Paul? Once again a lot of "whataboutery", "did they not throw a rock?" A mate of mine (who's in his 60's) left just before the end of that Friendly 2 years ago and said he saw City fans throwing stones at the Celtic buses and fans as they came out, they naturally retaliated and it kicked off. I'm not saying they're squeeky clean in the slightest, I was disappointed with some of the war songs as it was a chance to adopt the moral high ground over Rankers.
The usual Celtic and Lennon bashing on here is tiresome from people who are ill-informed and no experience of living up here in what can be a sectarian cesspit. Ironic there is still no mention once again of the UEFA charges against Skint FC last week.
