I know that there have been a lot of negative threads on here recently about Supporters Services.
This isn't one of them.
Have just finished a call with them where they have managed to relocate both my dad and I, to another part of the ground Southampton game onwards. After an operation 5/6 weeks ago he has had to miss some matches at home due to not being able to walk very far and also needs to be near accessible amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on the phone. Well done to Charlie (that I spoke to!) and the team there.
