Following on from the other days kk or Joe thread, who's your preference?

Sven the charismatic, easy going manager who helped raise the profile with some good signings but inevitably had the squad so laid back they basically gave up on what could of been a great season.

Or Leslie who as a transition manager brought in some great players bit inevitably would always be tainted for his allegiances to the scum.

Thouhts?

Hughes wasn't tainted because he played for the rags. He is a shit manager. He brought some players but also some truely horrific ones.
Tactically inept comes to mind as well.

I liked Sven. We were playing some good football but just died off.

Although both tenures ended in failure and ignominy, Sven wins it by a mile. Just for Elano

Oh if only Elano had the mentality and mouthpiece of Aguero or Zabaleta, would he not fit in the midfield with Silva?

Mind, there'd probably be a gunfight at the Beswick Corral everytime there was a penalty - Elano or Mario?

Sven all day he brought pride heart and style to the club
Hughes was and is and inept tosspot

10 home wins on the bounce after the season before only scoring 10 goals at home?

Or 8 draws on the trot including teams at home like Hull and Burnley?

Sven all day. Some of the football we were playing in that first half of the season was beautiful, just a shame it died off.
