Won't be easy, but we have to win this one.

Taking 3 points and going back to the top of the table before all the other teams play will have a massive physiological affect on the other teams chasing us. They know they can't afford to fall another 3 points behind City in the race for the title and CL places.

Arsenal and Liverpool have easy games, but Chelsea go to Southampton and United are at home to Spurs. Something has to give in those 2 games, especially United V Spurs.

Lose and other teams will pull away(Arsenal 4 pints) and get closer(United 4 pints if they beat Spurs)

I suppose he could rest Navas and play Kolarov in midfield with Clichy behind him, Nasri on the right. But I think he might just push through with Navas and rest the guy vs Blackburn.

Obvs you'd like to think he'd play Rodwell, but if we play 5 in midfield, It'll be Garcia.

If kolarov plays left wing then I'm not watching.

Pellegrini said he was out for two more weeks before Liverpool game. Taking into account the fact that he has to get fit too, I'd say Cardiff at home might be possible. But for me there is no rush for Sergio to get back, Negredo and Dzeko are both good and Jovetic must surely be close to being ready to start.

if Arsenal can go to new castle and win...so can we against Swansea....cant afford to drop points now against any team other than top 4 as we have united/liverpool/arsenal/spurs/everton away

Im worried if our approach is anything less than a win. We are halfway through and going by points of leaders Arsenal, we will need 85 points to win title. I'm assuming we get 55/57 points from home. We still need 30 away from home. Currently we have 11 points from away matches. So we need 19 more from the remaining 30 away points available.

that's the attitude that will lose us points
every game has to be approached in the same manner whether it be palace or arsenal

I'd bolster our midfield tomorrow, to counter their possession game, by putting Milner in alongside Fernandinho, allowing Toure a bit more freedom to go forward. Especially as were are without Silva.

I don't think it is nearly as cut and dried as that. We may go and win at Arsenal, Liverpool and the rags??
Also, Arsenal will go on a goal drought at some point and drop points they would expect to win. With things as close as they are teams will be taking points off each other. There's still a lot of potential surprises left in this Title race.
