The Dubai Manchester City Supporters Club was formed in July 2007 by a group of expat City fans living in Dubai.
The club is based at the Crown & Lion in Tecom, Byblos Hotel and offers all City fans living in the UAE (or those just visiting on holiday) the opportunity to watch the boys live in action with fellow Blues.
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Sheik Zayed Al Nahyan Road in 2010 and watched City in the pub there.

I've stayed there. The Harvester Pub is actually that lot's Supporters' Club but they are the usual superficial fans who don't know where Stretford is. Nice outside space though and with screens.
For the OP.
The Crown & Lion is the place. The bar's on the left, turn right and go to the screen on the other side. You'll see the lads and lasses there. Waitress service for beer. On the last day in May, I was kindly passed bottles of champers to slurp and pass down the line whilst singing 'Pablo Zabaletta, he is...'. I don't usually have time to go but the blues there are spot on. Ain't cheap but that's Dubai, mate. Enjoy!
