Swansea v City In Match Discussion Thread

I just sent this to the Premier league guys, link given, we should ALL do the same to make the bastards act!!!!

I am so furious, the refereeing at Manchester City matches is a disgrace, the referee appears to always allow himself to be influenced by the crowd, poor decisions from deliberate subterfuge. This weekend demonstrated the absolute pinnacle of poor decisions, when the referee called half time whilst the ball was actually within the box, something that should never happen. Allow me to acknowledge that I accept there is no conspiracy but I have to point out that referees should always be fair and just, not be forced into poor decisions by being influenced by the crowd. Please act now to stop poor refereeing spoiling OUR game.

Reminded me of their first half performance against us in the opening game. Superb possession but little cutting edge. Nasty feeling they'll get a chance and take it early on in the 2nd half and sit tight with it.

To play devils advocate for a minute, if times up then times up, regardless of where the ball is.
Extra time, means, the minimum time to be played. not the exact time to be played

Hope you guys are winning this.

Still think baggies have the possibility to nick something from the scum game.

You're a brave man/woman coming here. We aren't too much fond of scousers as we feel that they re both dramatic and have issue with self entitlement because they were really good 30 years ago.

I hope that you're one of the decent ones, we have decent Spurs, Everton, Chelsea, Villa, West Ham and United fans on here but lack a good Liverpool fan.
We have a decent Stokie too... big shout for shafter. :)

Mason has been shit for sure - but c'mon, that's a penalty 95% of the time!!!

If it was against them we'd be screaming for penalty (and rightly so). Not much contact, but it doesnt matter under circumstances - Hart missed the ball, and stopped the man's progress...it's a clear penalty, let's take off blue-tinted glasses for a second.
Hart didn't even touch him.

Only because attacking player hurdled head-forward...

I'm telling you - that will be CALLED 95% of the time...

There may be many reasons Silva has played badly during the first half (they are all humans and nothing is simple) but he and Yaya playing that way kills our game. I know he has spoken of his injury which may be holding him back a bit and I don't think Yaya and Nasri are used to having a te pressuring us that extent.

We'll improve in the second half after Mancini identifies our flaws.

Have faith!
