Didn’t move the ball quickly enough in first half and had a lack of creativity but not entirely surprising given who was not playing.

They barely had a chance until late on and their best chances were from Cab’s and Stones’ errors.

Hacked off at conceding late but even worse that Vinnie appears to have injured himself.

Good to see so many kids get game time. Garcia grew as game went on and might have been MotM. Angelino struggled a bit and the difference in our level of threat when KDB replaced him was substantial; not that it would be fair to compare the two players.

Delighted for Garcia, motm for me although Navas runs him close. Brahim has it, he's going to be world class, great to see him debut. Kompany walked off freely so hopefully its nothing serious, he looked great tonight but if he is done then he deserves a role within the club, huge admiration for the man. Only issues tonight were Caballero's passing and Stones' taking things too far, other than that everyone put in a decent performance and we won again!

Eased off a bit and looked disjointed at times not surprising with so many changes. We''ll crush them at weekend.

Our first goal really was textbook Pep. I was shitting it when Caballero and Kompany had the ball under pressure but they just passed the ball accurately like nothing and then created a massive hole in their midfield. Brilliantly worked goal after a relatively shit opening half.

Job done. Most main players rested. Only downside was Vinny walking off after a great return

Win!!!. The changes made meant that the players took time to settle but by the second half, it got a lot better. Navas showed leadership on the pitch and Garcia had a very good match in his first start and got a well deserved goal. The Kompany issue takes the bit of shine off the win but we are through to the next round with the perfect record intact.
