need some help fellas... been searching around the web for some software that helps takes songs off ipod and puts them back onto the computer as itunes doesnt allow this (as far as im aware) all the ones iv used only takes about 10 songs off as its a trail thing but the software is averaged at about 30 quid... does anyone know of anything i can download to help with the situation?

cheers guys

Can't you enable disk mode, connect to PC so it shows as an HDD and copy the music folder over?

You might have to enable hidden files and folders in folder options to be able to see the music folder though and the file names of the songs may be completely messed up and unrecognisable all inside oddly named folders. If you're going to copy this music back into iTunes it shouldnt be too much of an issue though as iTunes should reorganise it all again.

Is it the original computer it was formatted on?

I use a mac so it may be different but its as easy as clicking a box - you either want the tune on or you don't!!!
