Talent Spotting Feeder Clubs

There are a few European clubs over the last few years who have been successful by buying in unknown talent and making them into players which the premiership have bought for big money.

I think we could do we a few additions to our scouting network, we seem to be doing well with British born talent but i think we are lacking in European talent.

Wengers network of scouts have had numerous successes over the years, why not try poaching a few of them aswell as all these top players everyone seems to want?

What are your thoughts, because we all know that you cannot buy team spirit, and that takes time to build.

Yeah i know we have a few, but how many have got into the first team yet?

I think Weiss is going to be immense, but he needs to bulk up a bit for the premiership.

Shady out of interest where did you get get your background pics from? The one on your fm is much better than just the pic of the COMS i've got from the one i downloaded
