I know it's not difficult finding negatives about City in the media...but Talkshite have just surpassed themselves.

News report at Five-"Adeybayor will sign for City-he'll need to do better than their other signings who lost 2-0 earlier today to the Orlando Pirates."

Totally missing the fact that none of them actually played.......laughable.
 
That's just it - why let facts get in the way at taking a swipe at us?

It was bound to happen though. We'll become hated as we become successful, despite the fact that we're only following a tried and tested formula.

Of our starting 11 at Blackburn I'll bet there will only be Superman and De Jong from this team today, and De Jong only played about twenty minutes.

Every single news story is negative. They were reporting all day that Adebayor was waiting for Chelsea ( whilst he was on his way to Manchester )

I'd never listened to it until this week, and that was because so many people had been calling it on here.
It's clear some of the presenters are more balanced than others, but it seems as though their reason d'etre is just to inflame opinion and get mugs phoning in who are then paying a premium rate which makes the station lots of money!!!
