No Maldini and as DN says, no Baresi?! Maldini won it 5, yes 5 times and Baresi 3. Granted a couple of those were in its former guise as the European Cup but still.
Also, Seedorf and Scholes must be in it for me, as should Giggs. I think there's 7 CL medals between just those 3 alone.
I can't agree with Buffon really either, he's never won it or competed it in regularly enough to warrant that berth. Without trying to turn it into a rag fest I can't really look past Van Der Sar. Has played in it since its inception more or less, and won it with 2 different clubs so he has to be there for me.
Can't argue with many of the others to be honest.
