Talksport

It's become the last chance saloon for people with zero career prospects outside of working for them.

Look who has had the pleasure.

Dean Saunders - drink driver
Alan Brazil - drink driver
Trevor Sinclair - drink driver
Jamie who are ya - women beater, alcoholic, adulterer.

Sam Allardyce - sacked England manager for dodgy dealings

Keyes and Gray - take your pick

Danny Murphy - adulterer
Didi Hamman - drink driver
Stan Collymore - woman beater, serial dogger
Simon Jordan - failed bankrupt
Ally McCoist - drink driver
Jason Cundy - adultery
Tony Cascarino - ABH
Jim White - banned from driving for a year after refusing a breathalyser test.
Joey Barton - take your pick

As you can see, the Talksport management aren't picky. There is a drink culture of looking the other way.

If Carragher gets f*cked off by Sky , at least he will have a career with Talkshite , gobbing at children is almost a pre-requisite.

Talking about Scudamore and Pep this morning. Only heard first 5 minutes but they seem to think that Scudamore bemoaning City dominance was a private conversation and that Pep is using it out of context. Mind you, it was White and Jordan so they might well be deliberately misrepresenting the story.
That being said, it’s always possible that the standard of research and journalism at the station is so bad, they don’t actually know the full story...

It wasn't a private conversation. This is from the MUEN after the 100 point season- "It doesn't take away from City's excellence, but we want the season to go to the last," Scudamore told the BBC.
"I'd like multiple trophies needed in various locations on the last day because we don't know how it will end." He added: "I'd like someone to get a little bit closer to Manchester City. Clearly, given the way they played last season, they look like the team to beat."

Edited for accuracy..!

It wasn't only Scudamore but throughout that season City were "criticised" in the media for being "too good" and making the season a boring one with no title chase and no interest in it.
Liverpool on the other hand are lauded for being brilliant and the best ever etc etc etc

Why am I listening this morning to the breakfast show? City bingo on a possible Messi deal (FFP- laughs, they can get round it), Pep as a failure -- he was brought in only for the Champions league, City have won the league. He's only won it with a great Barcelona side. To be a success this year with all his resources he had to win the league again or the Champions league. At the end "don't mention the Champions league to Pep in his press conference, haha". (Why should Pep have to deal with dumb reporters trying to goad him over a cup competition). They are all idiots. No other successful manager is disrespected to this extent by people who have never won a trophy in their lives. We were the only team that won any domestic trophy last year, what about talking about all the other managers failures? We were really unlucky against Spurs (as usual) in Europe, otherwise we could well have gone all the way and won the lot. I shouldn't be annoyed by how we're represented by Talksport, but a lot of other teams fans get their opinions from listening.
