I think you ment to type MOST instead of least have the inset day in the 6 weeks ffs

The 5 INSET days came from the holidays i.e. instead of having the 13 weeks like now, it used to be 14 weeks but a week's holiday was lost to add in 5 days (to be taken at any time of the school's choosing) of INSET.
