New signings are in blue and are fairly realistic and would strengthen us a lot. Drogba and Gomez are both strong and are the type of player that we need. Ashley Young would add more pace and good service from the left and would also help balance the team and protect the left back more. Alonso would be the best signing we could make and would add more quality and balance to the team and although i think he's unlikely to join and we would have to break the bank i think it would be worth it. Johnson would add some quality going forward and hopefully give Richards the kick up the arse he needs. Alves is top quality and would help sort our defence out.
