Team game - let's stop calling out players!!!

Whatever happened to the concept of a team game? :-)

After each loss and even after wins and draws - certain players are CRUCIFIED (Dzeko, Balotelli, Kolarov, Yaya, Barry, Boyata, Milner - constantly; Lescott, Zabaleta, Johnson, Hart - occassionaly).

The fact is that it's a team game, and we need to get behind these players.

Last night was simple, our TEAM didn't show up. Liverpool did. Game over.

None of these players individualy is guilty of 3:0. That was just an utter team failure. But sometimes that's the name of the game - so bring on he Rags!!!

Invitation to all fans - stop this madness (80% of treads is related to slagging of individual players')!!!!

We played well last night in places, i thought we were unlucky.

Dedryck don't worry about not getting a decent clearance in for the build up to the second goal or that fact you were ball watching instead of marking your man, you're a young lad so you'll be fine.

James, Yaya, Gareth now listen to me this is important you don't need pace in this game, slow and steady wins the race. You can't keep passing it forward quickly, it's not fair on the opposition cos they might think we're trying to score. Now in training tomorrow I'll show you how I want you to play.

Carlos, Edin, Adam Now you 3, I know this lot don't have any defenders but don't worry, you don't need to win any headers, get a ball crossed in, go past an 18 year old making his debut or control the ball in less than 5 touchs. Carlos I'm glad you've pulled you're hamstring, you made my press conference on Saturday tea time a lot easier.


Is this better? Being part of a team went out of the window when Balotelli kung fu kicked that Ukranian lad. Or when we bought the lamp post and played long balls to him thinking he might win a header or be able to hold it up.

A team game when you rest you're best defensive midfielder and you're only creative midfielder in a game that for me was a must win.

Oh and then when you're 3-0 down, take off one of the work horses to bring on the creative midfielder and then replace a striker with a defensive midfielder.

Mancini sold us all down the fucking river last night. He alone ripped the heart, soul and dignity right in front of the Scum loving media and made us the laughing stock we are today.

Please see the various threads gone by aimed towards Milner, Lescott, Yaya.

The point still stands though. We're a squad full of mercenaries, not a team. Why do you think Barry chose us over Liverpool? Why would Yaya leave Barca for us?

It's cos we pay over the odds, give them ridculous wages and then have the privalige of watching the saunter round the pitch week in week fucking out.

Iagree to a point, but balotelli is a disgrace, and i say that because of his performance against kiev, or lack of it, if he dos'nt want to play for us then why is he?? that brings me onto mancini, sack him, for buying him, and for making numerous bad decisions.
