Tech help!

This keeps repeatedly popping up on my lap top screen, I haven't deleted anything, so I haven't a clue what's going on!

Anyone help!

It's impossible to see from the screenshot what the name of the dll file is but do have CCleaner installed? If so click on the registry tab and run the scan. If not, why not? Go download it now. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Go to start>run and type in msconfig. Go to the 'startup' tab. Have a look for anything that is listed on there that shouldn't be, and uncheck it. Alternatively, use CCleaner, as suggested, and go to tools>startup, and disable it from there. Probably best to run a virus scan, but I'm assuming you do that anyway. Worth downloading the free version of Malwrebytes Anti-malware, and giving that a run too. Do a registry clean afterwards.

i keep getting a "congratulations pop up on my laptop(cant get rid of it ,have to keep closing everything down,what can I do to get rid,if your going to suggest something please explain the steps in full as I'm wank with computers, cheers in advance to those that suggest I torch it :)

Boot the computer into safe mode (windows version dependent how you do this)

Run CCleaner
