TECHIE HELP NEEDED! - Please

Sorry for shouting but I'm in desperate straits.

Some time ago I loaded Blackberry desktop manager with Roxio Media Manager included. Now I keep getting a message saying

Windows Installer - Please wait while Windows configures Roxio Media Manager.

Then after a while I get a message saying

The feature you are trying to install is on a network device that is unavailable.

Enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package Roxio Media Manager.msi

I cant locate this....so the simple solution seemed to be uninstall and reinstall Blackberry Desktop manager......however it won't because the Windows Installer keeps running.....so I get the message please complete the other installation.

Ive been at this for hours now and I keep having to close theWindows Installer message on my PC.ITS DRIVING ME DAFT.


Any solution out there?

locate task manager on your comp and stop that install.
then make sure you have completely removed any remnants of the 1st install.
then try to make a new install.
next time you ask for help, post more details, operating system etc.

tech forum woulda been a better place to post too ;)
