Ten Hag sacked! (P 416)

He's on borrowed time, of that I'm sure, so another of our 'Save' campaigns ends in miserable failure. Still, he did a remarkable job while he was there, better than many of his predecessors bearing in mind the money he spunked on Championship-level players (and that's being kind).

But still, who knows, they might get a decent result next game courtesy of pgmol and he'll get a last-minute reprieve?
Failure?????

Nothing lasts forever but, I'd suggest the amount of time kept in a job with our efforts means we did our bit for the football genius, TT and Poundland.

Ragnick knew what was going on at the swamp and luckily we saw that and pulled the plug on helping him very early as he could have sorted them out to a degree.

All he needs is his players back from injury!

Remind me, who are these top players coming back? Mount? Casemiro with the legs of a 50 year old? That midget defender?

The rest of the league must be trembling.
You’re forgetting Hojlund. Any team would miss their in-form £80 million goal-a-game (according to Eni Aluko) striker. Ten Hag performed miracles to keep the game yesterday as tight as it was. They could easily have picked up a precious away point to bolster their title challenge. I believe in Eric.

Ragnick knew. He called them out. They scoffed and said they have the worlds best coach in ten hag now. Ten hag fucked ragnick off, actually didnt even tell him hed been sacked

Great isn't it?

Ragnick was a possible result for them but they didn't like what he said....head in the sand at the swamp.

I'll say a prayer for him at mass in the morning. Maybe light a candle as well.

Well; I've done my bit for him this morning. I said a decade of the rosary, and (channeling my inner scouse) lit a candle for him. God bless you Erik.

Too many splitters on here, that's the problem. Not enough people got behind the campaign and give it their full support. It was doomed to failure. Same with Ralphie, and the paper boy before him.

This is very true. If they’d brought Ragnick in, and kept him on the job intended for him (DoF) they’d be in a far better position today.

Delicious. They were so close to righting the ship, but they even fucked that up!

I‘ve always been a solid supporter of #SOPP but there is a scenario that I’m sure we could all get behind. If Ten Pence’s sacking coincides with the nana-knobber‘s evermore inevitable exit from Birmingham…. it couldn’t happen, could it? I’m shaking like a crapping dog just thinking about it.

The Pogba effect, he got better & better in the eyes of raggies when he was out injured

I wouldn't hold my breath, if I were you!

To be fair, he was good at Juventus and had been good for his national team. Its understandable why they thought there was a good player in there. Obviously after a while it was evident it wasn't working. Whether it was his attitude, or the club being shit show, I don't know but it didnt work out. But the Pogba for Juventus and France should've been an improvement on what they had.

Still, I'd understand someone pinning their hopes on improving because a relatively young Pogba might come good more than a shot to bits Casemiro coming back from injury.

I just can't understand who they're looking at to come back from injury that's a big improvement on what's already available. That small defender is decent at best. They were already saying Mount was shite when he was fit.

Yes but if they gave a job to anyone .
Doing anything they would be better than they are
