Have to say Ive never seen him or even heard of him. From this little snippet what i do like about him is he seems aggressive in the way he plays...he attacks players, he is direct.....unlike Mahrez for instance who first instinct is to come back inside and play sideways or backwards...

Doesnt really seem like a Pep signing to me however.

By all accounts we’ve just paid a similar fee for Sarmiento in Argentina.

Would seem strange to sign another very young player to play wide right when we have two academy players in Foden (who for me has played his best football in a City shirt there) and Palmer (who has been excellent for the EDS and already looked accomplished for the first team). This is before mentioning Mahrez, Torres and Sterling.

It would seem strange,hence the reason this is a bullshit rumour and a complete none starter.
