That's right about the club and fans but buying a player like Tevez sent out a signal to the rest of the football world and letting him go in faqvour of an decent but average manager would send an entirely negative signal.

If it was a real top rank manager like Mourinho or Van Gaal then fair enough but I would suggest Tevez is far more important to us at this stage than Mancini. And what if it's more players than Tevez? and what if these stories are being planted to lay the groundwork for Mancini's departure?

Please tell me one instant in football where the manager was outed rather than the player.??

Cloughie at Leeds. Extreme example though. Not the norm.

Why the FUCK is Mancini talking about this before one of the most important games in our recent history. Fucking plank should keep his mouth shut.

Its Tevez and fukin whinging south Americans should keep there gobs shut i realy hope we don't buy any more every one we have bought has been a goby sulking twat

The manager should be setting a fucking example on not airing the dirty laundry in public. What's to stop the likes of Tevez and Ade writing their own little complaint in tomorrows paper as a response to this shit.

Because Tevez did an interview prior to the derby, were he whinged about having to train in excange for the pretty decent wage the sheik is paying him.

When the media then asks Mancini questions about it he has to respond, simples really.

Tevez was the first to open his mouth about extra training AND THE MOANING TWAT ONLY TURNED UP ONCE

The manager is setting an example. If you go shouting off to the media about not being happy with double training sessions etc and if you're unhappy you can leave. Basically theres no point players moaning about it in public, they should wait until the end of the season and be asked to move on if they're unhappy and thats the way it should be

It's tit for tat, no one's the winner. He should wait until the end of the season.

In Tevez's case he already has in several interviews and via Kia. If he chooses to respond to this then it will be adios Carlitos.

Two things:

1) Mancini is right. No player (employee) has the right to dictate what management feel is appropriate to do. In any job you have three choices, like it, lump it or leave.

2) Re speaking to the press, I hate the fact that managers, CEOs, players etc constantly do this sort of thing. But unfortunately it is not going to stop.

If Mancini is forced out becuase of Tevez and co(if it's true), we would become a laughing stock.

Which manager in their right mind would want to come to City after Mancini, knowing one or more players could get him the sack at any moment becuase they don't like double training sessions or for whatever reason.

The only person who should be able to sack the manager is our owner, not a player or group of players.

Sorry PB, but if you sack Mancini you start the managerial cycle all over again. Not only that, but you send out a message that the players at City are more powerfull than the manager. That should never be allowed to happen.

The players are employees and as such must abide by rules and guidelines set out in their contracts..
The players play and the manager manages..that system has worked well for over a 100 years.

Pab Zab has been nothing but a consummate professional,

And in any case, as I said earlier, I suspect Carlos's words have been severely twisted.

At least until we hear/see concrete evidence from Carlos himself.
