I'm serious!

Usually the first one to slag em off but i think it's only fair i congratulate them when they do something right.
I tried to book some liverpool away tickets online but failed due to one of their usual technical cock ups so to avoid missing out on tickets for this fixture i used the dreaded box office phone line and was charged a 'booking fee' for the privilige(plus a 45 min wait).
So,had a bit of a moan via email to supporter services and to my surprise,got a response within 24 hours and a refund of the booking fee!

Well done supporter services/ticket office.

I'm still awaiting replies to 3 seperate e-mails to "supporter services" - 2 from August!!!!
 
Nice. Most of the complaints on here are usually people with unrealistic expectations or where they don't understand the realistic view of how a business works. I've never had a problem with them that cannot be resolved.
