Yep. Ended up reading the sports section when one was left on a train in summer 2011 and in a 2 page spread they had us selling Dzeko, Kolarov, Yaya, Lescott, Zaba, Hart, NDJ, Tevez and Milner that summer (among others) and signing 11 players. Only signing they had right was Nasri.
 
We may have forgotten that City wanted Sanchez when he was at Udinese in 2011. City bid a lot more than Barcelona but the player told his club that he only wanted Barcelona. Their manager was the great attraction, it seems. Sanchez appears to be singing the same song today and it seems most probable that Arsenal will have to cut their losses and let him link up with Pep again.
 
Let's not forget the Family Man's claim that he told the rags to sign Gabriel Jesus when he was valued at a few million (same with Mbappe), knowing even then he was a "Un*ted player". Yes Ryan, of course you did.
