I've been puzzling over this one for years but if you were at both, which do you think was the best one?

Beating a woeful Huddersfield team by a once-in-a-lifetime scoreline? A game we were expected to win, although not by so many, despite the pitiful crowd.

Or panning the expensively assembled but ultimate Fergie's flops with our biggest Derby win in living memory barely two years later? And this despite being unfancied due to having Clive Allen out, having had a woeful start to the season and having Mel Machin in charge!

Personally, I'd have to go for the 5-1 but it was a tough call...

United aren't our big rivals, so that result means nothing. The 10-1 for me

Has to be the 5-1, thoroughly enjoyed the Hudds game but the derby win was just so unexpected.

the 5-1 was a week before my 12th birthday. i remember every detail about it. right down to re-watching it on granada that night with my old man. liverpool played everton that day and when they read out the 3-0 half-time, all of goodison cheered like fuck. i truly believed we were god's club.

I was at both and the 5-1 wins hands down, although my best memory from MR is the 3-1 when ratface fed the goat

Was at both and the best feeling was the 5-1 by an absolute mile. The thing about the 10-1 i think there was less than 20,000 there but every blue i speak to claims that they were there so it should have been a full house!!!!!!!!

Was at both and it was definitely the 5-1 for me , an immense atmosphere and a truly wonderful day.

the 10-1 was fantastic and memorable but it's the 5-1 without doubt. The euphoria in the ground that day was incredible.
