I don't know if I will go by bus or train at the moment, but the last train to Donny leaves at 11pm, I could even get the 930 train aswell. but it must be shit when Manchester is a big city and last trains are 9, don't they go up to Scotland as Donny trains do

It is not Virgin rail or any other provider who state the last train time, it is down to Network Rail, as through the night they walk the tracks checking all the sleepers, rails, points etc. so safety comes first. Perhaps they could do later trains if you don't mind the risk of them derailing :-)

22:00 from Kings Cross to Leeds arriving 00:46, 03:10 Leeds to Manchester Piccadilly arriving 04:02 (at least your home)

Got some trains to get back home on not mentioned yet.
19.58 Wembley central to watford jct. arrive 20.28.
20.46 watford to crewe arrive 22.35.
23.13 Crewe. arrive Piccadilly at 00.07.
Don`t even have to go back to euston!

It was me mentioned the 21:40 to Leeds from Kings Cross,that was last May,i did say to check as it may have altered now.If you can get to Yorkshire somewhere and have a good mate or relative with transport,or if a few of you a taxi,then it should work ok.
