IIRC..he's won titles in Argentina, Chile and Ecuador, runner up in Copa SudAmericana and Copa Libertadores de América. Add to that a recent double across the pond up in old Blighty.

Can Maureen match this without the blank chequebook?

Jose is pretty good. An obnoxious f@cker to be sure, but you can't doubt his credentials. He's certainly better than what we had to contend with last year. But as I said to my Chelsea supporting mate, if we're in touch by February, you're fucked.

Have to say, this is the way I like it. This season they are finding it hard to put us down.
We have silently slipped our way back to level points under the radar (I know Chelsea play tonight).
We are the form team although what you would consider our best players, are ether missing, or have been missing, for most of that form.

We are dealing with all adversity without fuss, and the media know it, in my opinion, but won't big us up. On the other hand I think they also know
it is very small minded to go to town on us like they have in the past, because the whole world can see that the facts don't hold up their arguments.

Hence, you are getting 'nothing' stories or snippets like the ones mentioned here, that can only hint at negativity.
There is nothing to be negative about and as a result things are relatively quiet about us. So, all they can do is try to talk up, the rest.

I like it like this and hope it lasts all the way to City taking the title again.
