Anyone seen the Sky 'Festive Football' advert?

I'm guessing the reigning Premier League champions aren't playing at any point over the Christmas period as there isn't the slightest reference to us throughout it.

Re: so this agenda thing.

That's 9 wins on the spin, yeah? Does anyone remember what run the murkysiders were on last season when the media were in full on power wank mode? Was it 11? If we manage to equal that, I'll enjoy watching/listening/reading the media praising us to the heavens.

They were wanking over the scums 4 games on the bounce wins! Don't hold your breath even if we go the rest of season with wins

Re: so this agenda thing.

Last nite was watching a 13/14 season review on the telly -directv latin America-, dunno which english channel it actually was, only that the dull Michael Owens was presenting.

But, over a wonderful top quality century goals scored by the mighty Blues, they mentioned only three or four, Agüero's first on the scum 4-1 drubbing, Merlin at Hull, Yaya half pitch run against Villa, and one of the free kick goals of his (Narch iirc)

The top ten: none of City goals were included, it seems that either the scum, the tarquins and the red scouse ended above City. I know, I know the latter ones won the title.

No agenda? me reddish brown native american arse.

Re: so this agenda thing.

BBC national news sjowed goals from Chelsea and rags mentioned top and third also said that rags have not lost for 10 on boxing day, ignored us and our record consecutive wins. So much for getting them onside with the training grounds.

Re: so this agenda thing.

My favourite one was on 5Live. They announced that "Manchester United lose the Manchester derby" as the opener for Ian Wright's call in show. Call me old fashioned but I thought that perhaps they might have led with who won the Manchester derby.

ITV news just did exactly the same.
