Indeed as this was only a 38 minute record I switched over to the first few songs of MY next pick for the remaining 22 minutes of my aerobic session . . . :)
You cannot listen to BN as part of an aerobic session. It’s against nature.

i was thinking more I’d listen to this during my next colonoscopy :)
