I had a quick look at the account, and it's a bit weird. Seems to be some Bangladeshi lawyer type living in the UK doing visas for people back home. And it basically just looks like he's editing loads of footage together himself, and then put an awful filter over it to hide the fact that it's copyrighted footage.

The Guardian did their editing by omission, no Westminster Bridge footage for example....

There is a huge row over Israel’s participation in the Eurovision Song Contest.
They have been allowed to take part leading to the withdrawal of several nations. Just before he resigned Tim Davie said: “The Eurovision Song Contest has never been political”.
Has he never watched it?!
