According to Voetbalmagazine, Kompany is currently fourth in the list of Belgian footballers:-

1. Marouane Fellaini (Everton, Eng)

2. Jan Vertonghen (Ajax Amsterdam, Ned)

3. Moussa Dembélé (AZ Alkmaar, Ned)

4. Vincent Kompany (Manchester City, Eng)

5. Timmy Simons (PSV Eindhoven, Ned)

6. Axel Witsel (Standard)

7. Wesley Sonck (Club Brugge)

8. Steven Defour (Standard)

9. Thomas Vermaelen (Ajax Amsterdam, Ned)

10. Stijn Stijnen (Club Brugge)

I'm quite surprised at Kompany only being fourth to be honest, I'd definately put him above Dembélé (still reckon he's like a wet dream but Kompany is just more consistent and in a better league).

But either way, guys, be proud, you now have one of the new generation Belgians in your team that are going to win the 2014 World Cup!

Witsel 6th and Defour 8th? Don't agree either.
 
i reckon belgium will be a force in europe over the next few years with the amount of talent they have
 
Emile Mpenza. Without him we could have gone down and there would have been no Thaksin, Sven, Petrov, ADUG, Robinho etc.

i just looked on wikipedia and this is his full name, Eka Basunga Lokonda "Émile" Mpenza.

Bit of a mouth full, especially if he scored more, would have been fun trying to make up a song though!!
