The best debut albums of all time?

My first thought was License to Ill as well, there wasn't a bad song on it.

Agreed, though they released an EP prior to it.

I'll go for two that no one has mentioned -- Gang of Four's Entertainment! and Liz Phair's Exile in Guyville. Two incredible records that still sound like nothing else today but influenced dozens of other artists. Two of my six "desert island" records.
