A real dilemma with this one. Love the CH track and the version by Cash is masterful but as @denislawsbackheel says its the original gets my vote. Agree with @threespires says, the video for Cash does give that song so much more power.

think it was @bennyboy who made the point about the video which he is right is incredibly powerful though i still like the song without it.

I'm beginning to err towards you shouldn't vote for a cover, unless off course that cover is I Will Survive By Cake!

I'm loving hearing these covers of the various contenders. I have say this one doesn't tick my boxes but it's great to hear them. Keep 'em coming!

I always preferred the NIN original. Trent Reznor deserves more credit. Loved his work with Bowie.

Crowded House for me. Neil Finn does write such quality.

Can't see either of these in the final but I found this bout trivially easy and that's no disgrace to crowded house, who I think are great, but cover or not, video or not, it's just a better song, Johnny Cash's

Gone for crowded house, don't think I have ever made it all the way through the Cash song. Its great but so depressingly emotional it puts me on a huge downer.

When one gets to a certain age that song is one giant kick in the bollocks. Give me a happy delusional song thank you very much.
