I like Don't Look Back but it basically starts with a rehash/tribute of the piano riff from Imagine whereas How Soon Is Now starts with one of the most iconic and innovative guitar sounds we'd heard in years.

But halfway through DLBIA has a brilliant guitar solo whereas HSIN just churns the same riff.

I think that's a fair observation, for me personally I think the guitar solo is good rather than brilliant and to fair to Marr if I'd managed to create that sound I'd flog the life out it too! So it wins for me but will be interesting to see how this tie ends.
