I think The Beach Boys are one of the most overrated bands ever, but this is a decent-enough song and I’m also voting for it to try and stop the advancement of Split Enz, who are absolute dross.

The beach Boys are probably the most overrated band ever. Less rock n roll and more like Take That, yet still those fanboyz go on about pet sounds as though it is the greatest album ever made. It isn't- it's just over-produced harmonies, much the same approach as Queen used later. It really is no better than barber shop quartets or Take That and at least Take That didn't take themselves too seriously:-)

Well, I don’t know about overrated — certainly this song isn’t. But while we’re discussing it, other than Split Enz, has New Zealand ever produced any bands that were rated at all? :)

Edit: I do own that OMC thing.
