Its not often I would say this on this or any other music forum and apologies to whomever picked Tiffany for their cover song but this is one of the very worst covers if not the worst I have ever had the misfortune of hearing.
She has the musical through put and drive of death warmed up on a cold day.
if I could rate her rendition out of 10 it would be a 2 only because of her looks because I couldn't possible just listen to this on audio,
Its still played regularly on FM RADIO and one of the main reasons I during my travels outside news and sports updates and traffic info when in the car I play music with some modicum of edge to it.
If Plastic Bertrand's version of It Works for Me were up against this it would win hands down for me.

Sonic Youth is very poor...Tiffany is bloody awful.

Maybe we'll get luckier and see a few SY originals later. Voted for them because I love them but this isn't one of their better efforts; however, Tiffany had no "best efforts."
