Good video that mate, cheers for posting, glad he addresses the ‘unnatural’ added weight and extra stress on the joints etc and the challenges that brings, and whilst I agree with his comments behind the strength/power stuff and CrossFit style stuff in keeping them separate in a broad sense, I think it’s beneficial to at least include some combined sessions.

Think Fury is on a loser here no matter what popularity-wise given what’s going on in the Ukraine.

Why not just retire. You either want the fight or you don’t, money is hardly a major factor in it so if it is true he is making so many stupid demands, then just retire.
