Bit of a weird end that. I'd feel weird celebrating a win like that but Clev didn't seem to care. I honestly think he is on par with Khan for his lack of boxing brain. Fights at his opponents height, doesn't use his reach at all, and just throws arm punches while using his face as a punch block. He always looks like he could do more but somehow doesn't. Hes a proper weird fighter.
 
All the pundits saying Cleverley was coming into it and would have taken the second half of the fight are kidding themselves, he was outclassed and I agreed with all the judges who had it 4-2 at the time it ended.

Proper nasty from Parker and some bad reffing but Dimitrenko had no interest in being in that ring.

Dunno where they found David Prices opponent but I honestly reckon I'd of given it a better go, this is a guy who wont fight Dave Allen because he thinks hes world level, joker.
 
Boxing this weekend was so so. I thought Cleverley done well some rounds were close and normally in Germany you need to KO a fighter to win a close fight. So to get the win by a injury is bad but maybe just maybe Brahmer didnt fancy fighting the winner of Kovalev v Ward which will be a really good fight to watch. Think it will be a really close fight with Ward winning on points. The winner of that fight has to fight Cleverley.

As for David Prices opponent so bad to fight a fighter like that after having double figure fights already.

As for Parker hes packing a lot of power think the heavyweight scene needs a lot of new blood and Parker is going to be a dangerous opponent for any of the champions.
 
Good luck to Ricky Burns tonight, he got lucky getting a shot at his last title but fair play took his chance and shut a few people up. No shame either losing to Crawford who imo is up there as best ppp fighter.
 
Unless Price has had a Cuban jaw fitted can't see his latest comeback lasting long. To be fair, he's been ko'd by fighter/s allegedly using banned substance's.
 
My money would still be on Volod to win it in Gelsenkirchen, late knock out 10th Dec.
 
Those scorecards were bollocks. 118-110 what a joke. Relikh won at least the first two and 10 and 11 and probably the last as well.
 
Thought those judges card were way off, I thought he won by a round or 2, but one of the judges had it 118-110
