As a ST holder since 1976 I like many have now used all my patience up and quiite frankly today is almost the last straw . I know logically as many have said it makes no sense to get rid of the Mangaer now when the window is open but god knows I am struggling to justify keeping him for any other reason . I know that changing managers all the time is not a good idea either but thats because the last 20 we've had have nearly all been crap and to give them any more time would have been suicidal . I really do fear for the future of our club . Now there is no one in charge who understands its soul . Don't get me wrong I dont want to go back to Swales / Waddle type figure but we are now being run by big business who have yet to demonstate one iota of correct decison making . Turning back to the playing side my fear is that he really does not have control of the team . nor has he demonstated how he can improve the players he has got . I know its just a little thing but would Baconface let Vasell get to the pitch wearing earings or be happy with Elano saying he would like to play at Lazio . I for one would just like him to show some balls and get to grip with these lazy Bastards at the very least
