There are certainly ones that are time barred through repeats but I never notice the ones you are picking up on. Incorrect "Answers" are normally refunded almost instantly on the tv edit. They sometimes have multiple choice questions that are debatable but the multiple choice is so extreme that there is no manoeuvre for debate.

Apologies, I have just read through and realised you are pointing out some of the best answers in the cash builder :) I read a few and thought you were criticising the questions in the game. My bad. One of my favourites was from a few weeks ago, in the final chase asking about Joseph and his technicolour dream coat. Someone answered...Louis Vuitton :D
